Biography
Howdy! My name is Maira Bailon, and I’m a second grade bilingual teacher at Burnet. This will be my 2nd year teaching. It is my belief that every student is capable of learning by providing different methods and strategies to meet their needs. My classroom is structure with high expectations, good relationships and motivation.
I was born and raised in Galveston. I graduated from Texas A&M College Station (Whoop!) with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. In my spare time I love to travel, read a good book or spend time with my family and friends.
